Turn a TikTok Shop settlement report into a monthly summary and a payment check.
Tested only on made-up files, never on a real TikTok Shop export. Column names come from TikTok Shop's own column definitions, so the tool stops with a message if a needed one is missing. Only rows with Status Paid are counted. A payout can also include a reserve amount, so a difference from your bank is a reason to look, not a verdict. It does not check your TikTok Shop account or your bank.
Set these to match your files before you drop them. Nothing is guessed. Limits: 20 files, 40 MB each, 200 MB in total, 60,000 rows per file and 300,000 in total.
What it does
Every row must satisfy TikTok Shop's formula: Total settlement amount = Net sales + Shipping + Fees + Adjustment amount. A row that does not stops the file with its row number.
Each month gets net sales, shipping, fees, adjustments and total settlement from the Paid rows, with a Type breakdown.
Paid rows added up by Payment ID, with a box to type what your bank received.
Questions
Which file do I use?
In Seller Center, go to Finance, then Statements or Payments, and click Export. The settlement report is an Excel file with several sheets. The tool reads the sheet called Order details. You can also save that sheet as CSV. It needs the columns Statement Date, Status, Type, Net sales, Shipping, Fees, Adjustment amount and Total settlement amount (TikTok Shop's definitions: seller-us.tiktok.com/university, "How to Access Your Settlement Report"). Payment ID is used for the payments table when it is in the file.
Why are there settings?
Number and date styles depend on your account. You tell the tool the currency, the number and date format, how empty amounts are shown, and how many lines come before the header, so nothing is guessed. Dates stored as Excel dates are read as they are.
Does it prove my payout is right?
No. TikTok Shop says payout amount is the statement amount plus a reserve amount. The table shows the Paid rows' total next to what you type, so a difference can be a reserve or a timing gap.
Is the journal entry accounting advice?
No. It is a starting point built from the month's totals and the accounts you type. Your accountant decides how TikTok Shop items are booked. The tool makes no tax or accounting claims.
Is anything uploaded?
No. The file is read on your device, including the .xlsx.
